SAFETY AND SECURITY
  • Backbone of community service
  • Ensure strict compliance to association by-laws, rules, regulations and deed of restrictions
  • May form sub-committees for special purposes e.g. Emergency/Disaster Response and Recovery, Health and Nutrition, Transport and Mobility
  • Provides core services which include uniformed operations, enforcement, participation with community and supplementary services.
SERVICE AND DEVELOPMENT
  • Planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of common facilities and services provisioning
  • Oversee up-keep and repair of facilities and services
  • Monitors all site improvements and building construction activities in the Village and is responsible for issues related to planning, landscaping, signage, and design.
  • Maintain high standards for development/redevelopment" within the village . To such end, the Department continues to work with representatives of the development community to achieve superior design in residential and commercial developments which will enhance and contribute to the established character
  • Provides guidance and develops recommendations for consideration by the Village Board.
SOCIO AND CULTURAL AFFAIRS
  • Planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of socio-cultural and sports activities that will build stronger neighborhood and community relations
  • Facilitate networking amongst homeowners, promotion of livelihood programs and association revenue-generating activities within governance processes established by the board
LIVELIHOOD WAYS AND MEANS
  • Planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of programs that will help homeowners and other stakeholders augment member and association income
  • Encourage communities and organizations to create an institutional framework for sustainable development
  • Facilitate networking amongst homeowners, promotion of livelihood programs and association revenue-generating activities within governance processes established by the board.
MEMBERSHIP AND EDUCATION
  • Planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of new homeowner/member welcome, orientation and assimilation as well as continuous programs for member learning, training and development
  • Planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of information, education, communication and motivational campaigns through various channels e.g newsletter, advisories, website and the like.
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
  • Planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of canvassing, procurement, and disbursement guidelines for programs and projects that will require use of association funds
  • Coordination body for all financial matters involving outside institutions, vendors, suppliers, partners especially with regard to program/ project feasibility studies and proposals to the association.
OUTSOURCED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM
  • Reports directly to the President or the concerned Committee Chairperson
  • Consists of Fulltime Property Manager, administrations/ Accounting Assistant with support from Outsourced entity’s (Ayala Property Management Corporation) managerial, technical, administrative and legal resources
  • Supports the Executive Committee, in coordination with Committee Chairpersons, in the day-to-day implementation of all programs, plans, schedules and budget as approved by the Board of Directors.
