Saturday Afternoon Get Together

by

Meet your neighbors and get involved in your HOA! Members interested to join Committees are invited to an afternoon tea every Saturday from 23 January to 6 February 2016, from 4:00 to 5:00 pm at the village clubhouse.

ASNHOAI Needs Volunteer Committee Members

The Board is responsible for the management and operation of the association's business affairs such as managing budget and collection, maintaining security and the common areas, adoption and enforcement of rules, etc., in accordance with laws and other set rules and guidelines. The tasks can be very daunting especially as the Board is comprised of volunteer members, who like everyone else, have either or both, employment or business and familial commitments.

Therefore, Committees are very important as they can help lighten the BOard's load by working on specific tasks. With Committees, the work is spread around getting more members involved in the operations of the Association. Committees are also where the Association can draw on members with specific expertise such as in the areas of Finance, Construction and Maintenance, Communication, etc. and is a good training ground for future Board members.

GET INVOLVED and work for a friendlier, more cohesive community!

As we all want to maintain the value of our properties, live in a clean, safe, secure and harmonious community and sustain the successful operations of this village and our Association, we must volunteer some of our time and efforts. Every idea or effort counts.

We hope to see you on Saturday!
