Dear Homeowners,

With the conclusion of the services of the Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC) on Dec 31, 2014, the Board of Trustees and Officers of Avida Settings Nuvali Homeowners' Association Incorporated (ASNHOAI), after exercising due diligence, have contracted the services of Globalland Management Property Incorporated, for an initial duration of six (6) months commencing from 5 January 2015.

Globalland Management Property Incorporated offered, at a very cost-effective rate, to provide full property management services that will support the Board of Trustees and Officers of the association in managing the affairs of the village and promoting the general interests of its residents/property owners. Such services include:

1. Subdivision and Grounds Management
2. Safety and Security Services Management
3. Amenities Maintenance
4. Technical Services
5. Value-Added Services such as organizing community parties and events, support for general accounting concerns and regular audit inspections, and if and when the need arises, initial consultations with their Environet Team, IT Support Services, Legal Officer and Central Support Group.

Ms. Angie Rosal will be assigned as the village's Property Manager and will be available to attend to homeowners' concerns from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and on Saturdays, from 8:30 am to 12:00 noon.

Please be informed that Ms. Cressan Duquiatan will replace Mr. Vic Angeles as ASNHOAI Property Manager effective February 24, 2014. As this transition is sudden, we seek for everyone's patience and understanding as we go through this change process.

In this regard, all village transactions need to be directed to the Admin Office. You may visit personally or call 049 530 7633

1. Payment and Village Permits (deliveries etc) : admin assistant
2. Village Construction Concern: leave concerns with Connie Maniego (homeowner volunteer) for coordination with Ms. Cressan.
3. General Village Concern: leave concerns with Connie Maniego (homeowner volunteer) for coordination with Ms. Cressan.

Ms. Cressan is a licensed Civil Engineer and has a varied and rich experience in a Property Management capacity in many villages including Ayala Southvale Village/Sonera, Santierra, Avida Ridgeview, Avida Village and Stonecrest among others.

Ms. Cressan possesses the passion for work and sense of being a homeowner and thus we have great hope that she will carry the Property Management role for Avida Settings Nuvali with efficiency and care.
