2015 Association Dues Rules

1. Monthly association dues will be:

   Lot Area X 7.16 ( X 12months for annual payment)

2. You may pay your dues monthly, quarterly or annually in the Admin Office or bank

   • Account Name: ASNHOAI or Avida Settings Nuvali Homeowner's Assoc. Inc.
   • Account No.: 005570 131028

   For bank payment, please email your scanned deposit slip to settingsnuvali@gmail.com or avidasettingsnuvali@gmail.com

3. Discount and Freebies for annual payees:
   • Fifteen (15) percent discount on annual dues
   • Free one car sticker
     (OR PHP 150.00 worth of Amenities usage or Shuttle Service Fare)
4. Deadline for annual payment will be on or before March 31, 2015
5. Application for 2015 Car stickers are now accepted at the Admin Office.
6. 2014 Car Stickers are valid until April 30, 2015
