APMC Survey 2014

APMC is asking for some feedback through survey but let me share it here. And hope you share your thoughts also by writing comments/rating below.

Ratings:

  1. Very Dissatisfied current system needs to be changed and action should be done immediately
  2. Dissatisfied needs major improvement to be able to reach standards
  3. Satisfied up to standards; minor improvement needed
  4. Very Satisfied tends to exceed standards; only minimal improvement needed, if any
A. Property Management
  1. Urgent Repairs How satisfied were you with the speed at which the Property Manager responded to your urgent repair needs - i.e., we are referring to the first reponse that may not necessarily have meant a fix to the problem, but at least made you feel that things were under control?
  2. Property Management's Accessibility How satisfied are you with the Property Management Group in terms of their accessibility (e.g., can be contacted, approached or seen)?
  3. Property Manager's Competency How satisfied are you that the Property Management can identify what needs to be done concerning your request?
B. Services
  1. Staff Courtesy How satisfied are you with the Staff performance (i.e., Property Management, Maintenance, Security, Housekeeping, etc.) in terms of courtesy?
  2. Security Efficiency How satisfied are you with the efficiency of the security program (i.e., guards, guest screening & other security measures)?
C. Facilities and Environment
  1. Maintenance of Facade and Entrances How satisfied are you with the maintenance of your condominium structure exteriors & entrances - including drop-off areas?
D. Facilities and Equipment
  1. Maintenance of common areas How satisfied are you with the maintenance of common areas - i.e. building lobby, swimming pool, comfort rooms, social hall/ clubhouse, sports and playground areas, landscaping, signs, etc?
E. Equipment and utilities
  1. Back up Power How satisfied are you with the speed at which the backup power came on in the common areas of the condominium/village during brown-outs?
F. Procedures
  1. House Rules & Construction Guidelines How satisfied are you with the House Rules & Construction Guidelines and their implementation?
  2. Safety/Emergency Programs How satisfied are you with the safety and emergency program (e.g., Staff & Resident emergency drills, emergency reponse protocols) & features (e.g., alarms, extinguisher, safety signage, etc.)
  3. Billing How would you rate the timeliness & accuracy of the billing of your dues & utilities?
  4. Being kept Informed How satisfied are you with the way you were kept informed of things such as announcement, events, meetings, decisions, etc. regarding your condominium/village?
