Warning to ALL Avida Settings residents.
The claims of Avida Waterworks that the water is potable are just not true and I have been emailing for about 2 years on this subject. They test for Ecoli but the water contains a lot of Algae. I filter all water coming into our property with a 1 micron anti bacterial filter and after 2 weeks it is clogged with Green Algae. I cannot post here a Photo but if you want to see the evidence I can email to any interested resident.
DO NOT DRINK THE WATER UNLESS YOU USE A 2 STAGE FILTER !

My problem with ASN water is that it contains a lot of minerals that ruins our bathroom fixtures. Even our black car got water marks after washing using our water. Black plates also got water marks. Water marks everywhere and it is sometimes looks like we are not cleaning that much but we do.

    mam, better you go direct to the developer - if that is your case, maybe you have been scammed.i'm not sure if Ridgeview is under Avida or Alveo so better to go for it. that is very unusual, just asking where do you deposit your payment? to what account?
