Avida Settings residents say they’re being left high and dry after water service has been shut off the whole day without warning.
Water service just shutoff starting 9:00 AM until now. Not even a pale of water has been stored in preparation for the said interruption. No announcement or explanation from guards or anyone has been received as to the cause.

Update: as of 10:25PM January 21, 2016
Still no water but had found a letter of explanation from my gate.

Dear Valued ASN Residents,
This is to convey our sincere apologies regarding the water supply interruption as the submersible motor of our water tank was affected and damaged by the continous Meralco power fluctuation since last night. Our contractor will pull the embedded pipes and replace the damaged mothor this afternoon. We are expecting that the normal water supply will resume tomorrow at 8am.
Meanwhile, house to house water distribution is in place using water truck.
We apologize for the inconvinienced it caused to your end. For other inquiries, please feel free to call us at 0917-8556482.

I am just so concerned why this notice/explanation just arrived in my gate around 7-8PM maybe. Not sure of the time but i heard a motor of the guard stop in front of our house around 7-8PM and assume it that's the time he left the letter. Time is already 10:35PM and still no water truck for the house to house distribution.
