Greenfield already started processing applications for the 2014 Greenfield Parkway Car Sticker. Starting May 1, 2014, 2013 car sticker will no longer allowed to pass through.

For sticker application, please present duly accomplised Application Form (available at the GDC office) together with the photocopies of the following requirements:

• For Greenfield Development Corporation (GDC) and Ayala land incorporated (ALI) Employees/Vehicles

  1. Official Receipt and Certification of Registration of the vehicle
  2. Two valid ID (Company ID and other government issued ID)
  3. Employer's Authorization
  4. Complete Address and Tax Identification No. (TIN)

• For GDC and ALI Subsidiaries, Assignees, Affiliates

  1. Official Receipt and Certification of Registration of the vehicle
  2. Two valid ID (Company ID and other government issued ID)
  3. Subsidiaries/ Assignee/ Affiliates's Authorization

• For Residents of GDC and ALI Projects

  1. Official Receipt and Certification of Registration of the vehicle
  2. Homeowners Association Sticker Details
  3. Endorsement from the Homeowners Association

• For Tenants/Locators

  1. Official Receipt and Certification of Registration of the vehicle
  2. Certification issued by the operator

• For Employees of Tenants/Locators

  1. Photocopy of Driver's License
  2. Official Receipt and Certification of Registration of the vehicle
  3. Two valid ID (Company ID and other government issued ID)
  4. Employers Authorization

Note:

• Sticker cost: P1,200.00
• Stickers not claimed within 60 days from the date of scheduled release will be forfeited.
• Xerox copy of the claim stub will not be honored.
• Processing of stickers is schedules Mon-Fri from 9AM-11:30 and 1PM- 3PM only.

Ms. Cressan is a licensed Civil Engineer and has a varied and rich experience in a Property Management capacity in many villages including Ayala Southvale Village/Sonera, Santierra, Avida Ridgeview, Avida Village and Stonecrest among others.

Ms. Cressan possesses the passion for work and sense of being a homeowner and thus we have great hope that she will carry the Property Management role for Avida Settings Nuvali with efficiency and care.
