WHO ARE QUALIFIED TO RUN FOR OFFICE OR NOMINATE A CANDIDATE?

1. All registered property owners or Members of the Association of good standing** are eligible to nominate or be nominated.
2. Members of the Association without current or standing VIOLATION in the Village Deed of Restrictions.
3. A permanent resident in the Philippines especially at, but not limited to Avida Settings Nuvali.
4. Candidates must be endorsed by at least three (3) members in good standing.

**Members with good standing are those whose association dues per October 30, 2013 is paid.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Submit a Personal Data Sheet of the Candidate (see contents below) on a sealed envelope at the APMC office or to the ASNHOA Board Secretary not later than October 19, 2013 - or email it to settingsnuvali@gmail.com or angeles.vic23@gmail.com; angeles.vic@ayalaproperty.com.ph
2. This will be forwarded to the assigned NOMELEC team who will review, approve or reject said application and finalise it for endorsement to the Board for public presentation.
3. The NOMELEC- endorsed candidate’s Personal Data Sheet and picture will all be introduced to the voting public two weeks prior to the election day on November 9, 2013.
4. A week before election but not later than November 3, 2013, all candidates will be presented at the Clubhouse or at any designated place chosen by the NOMELEC.

Let us all come and join our Enchanted Halloween Celebration on October 19, 2013, Saturday, at the village Clubhouse. The event will start at 3:00PM with all our kids at the Kids Pavillion (Clubhouse Big Tent). Registration will start 2:00PM. Instruction for the Trick or Treat event will be given to all participants. Trick or Treat will start at 5:00PM after the program.

Let's all be excited as we look forward to enjoy these on the party:

1. MAGIC and BUBBLE Shows
2. Kiddie SALON, Face Painting, and Baloon Twisting
3. Games
4. Best in Costumes (toddler, kids, adults)
5. Yummy Food (stubs will be given during registration)

IMPORTANT NOTICE: When it rains, all participating Houses in the Trick or Treat are requested to come to the clubhouse.

Nuvali is becoming a popular shooting location for tv commercials, movies and even some magazine photoshoot. If you have seen 'Bakit Hindi Ka Crush Ng Crush Mo' starring Kim Chiu and Xian Lim, did you spot scenes shot in NUVALI?

And just last Friday (Sept 20), actor/model Robin Padilla is taping inside our very own ASN for a new TVC but unluckily I did not caught a glimpse of him. (hmmp what am i doing that time?!?)

So i'll' just wait for that commercial (it is said that it is Quaker Oats commercial though not sure about it) and will post it here later. But a friend of mine got her photo op with Robin.
