Heya everyone, wanna visit Nuvali? Here's a new and easier way to visit to Nuvali. And for those whose office is in Taguig, you can now come home everyday.

Here's a summary of the meeting last Jan 12, 2014.

1. Monthly association dues will be:

   Lot Area X 7.16 ( X 12months for annual payment)

2. You may pay your dues monthly, quarterly or annually thru Ms.Jewen (Admin Office) or bank

3. Discount and Freebies for annual payees:
   • Five (5) percent discount on annual dues
   • Free one car sticker
   • Free five hours use of Clubhouse Function Room exclusive of utility fees.
   • Free twenty-four (24) head count pool entry. (Note: 1 headcount for residents while 2 headcount for visitors)
4. Deadline for annual payment will be on or before February 28, 2014 (Friday) @4PM
5. To those who paid their association dues and received acknowledgement receipt last 2013 onwards, please present it to the admin staff to get your Official Receipt. This will be use to process Financial books.

Meralco will implement facility upgrading on Saturday, November 30, 2013. Please expect power Interruption from 9:00 AM to 2:00PM.

Due to failed election last November 9, 2013, NOMELEC is scheduling another election on December 8, 2013 8am to 3pm at the Village Clubhouse.

For registered property owners who cannot physically vote, may vote by proxy. Below is the information on Proxy voting:

6.1 Validation of Proxies: In the validation of proxies, any member may be represented by a proxy in all the meetings of the Avida Settings Nuvali Homeowners Association, Inc. (the “Association”). The proxy must be in writing, signed by the member delegating his representation to another, and submitted to the –

The proxy shall cover all the lots owned by the member, and shall prevail over any other proxy given by him, except that the personal presence of the member at the meeting will suspend the effectivity of the proxy. The proxy shall continue to exist until the same is expressly revoked by the member in writing, expressly stating in a separate document that he revokes the other proxy issued.

A proxy shall be deemed filed when the original or facsimile or electronic copy of the same is received by the NOMELEC, which, in turn, shall be turned over to the Corporate Secretary; provided that, in the case of a facsimile or electronic copy, the original thereof is presented by the proxy holder to the Corporate Secretary or his authorized representative on the date of the meeting.

Additionally, if an individual member has his authorized representative sign the proxy form, then the authorized representative must also attach a notarized Special Power of Attorney in his favor that authorizes him to sign the proxy form on behalf of the member.

If the member is a corporation, a duly executed and notarized Secretary’s Certificate that attests to the designation of the member-corporation’s representative to the meeting must be attached to the proxy.

Any person of legal age can be a proxy.
