Recently, the Security Committee convened and identified the need to re-enforce and intensify our security strategies and measures to deter all possible breaches to safety and security in our village.

Effective immediately, the following safeguards will be undertaken by the Security Committee and the ASN Security Force to boost our security policies:

• Strict implementation of curfew hours for all stay-in workers
• More stringent guidelines for the issuance of IDs
• Request cooperation of Homeowners located near the perimeter fence to turn 'on' their house security lights at night.

We are calling upon all homeowners to always remain alert and vigilant and, if necessary, enhance their respective household security.

We are also seeking your utmost cooperation by reporting all unusual or suspect activities within the neighborhood thru the ASN Security Force (OIC) hotline number 0905-434-2016.

FIRE PREVENTION SEMINAR

Greetings!

Presidential Proclamation No. 115 - A declared the month of March to be the official observation of Fire Prevention Month. As part of our Fire Prevention Program and in compliance with local government requirements, we shall hold a Fire Prevention Seminar on 28 March 2015, Saturday at the ASN Clubhouse at 8:45 in the morning.

We would like to encourage all homeowners, tenants, maintenance and security personnel to attend this activity which aims to promote education and awareness on fire prevention. The seminar will provide us with various information on fire prevention through good housekeeping, safety measures, identifying fire hazards and what to do when a house is burning and during other fire-related scenarios.
